Prices are based on the number of people in the unit, not simply on a per unit basis.
(with the exception of unit 18 which is based on the unit)

Indianhead Valley Condos and Chalets
Lodging Policies

Deposit is required to hold reservation payable by check or credit card. Reservations
are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit. Remaining balance due on arrival.

Friday and Saturday nights may not be split.

Check-in time - 4pm
Check-out time - 10am

All lodging has base minimums which must be met.

A $50.00 collection fee will be assessed for each unregistered guest in addition to
the per person lodging rate.

IVCC reserves the right to inspect units at any time to confirm use or occupancy
of any unit in question.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by negligence or misuse.
Repair costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please exercise reasonable care to protect the property.

IVCC accepts no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money,
jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Pets are allowed, but there will be a one time charge of $50.00 per unit reserved by your group. As with unregistered guests pets that are not registered prior to or during check-in will also have a $50.00 collection fee assessed in addition to the initial $50.00.
